Slightly over is no problem. It won't cause any codes. Slightly would be 1/4 inch above full. two inches above full, you should drain it. I don't think this would pop a code, but it will throw the exccess out the vent. Making a mess

12 just means the battery was disconnected within the last 50 start attempts from what I can find there are 2 types of codes for jeeps , system faults and input faults ,, the only 55, 56 I could locate were
55 = Right temperature door travel too small 56 = Right temperature door travel too large I have no idea what that means,, maybe someone whos better at jeeps could help you, sorry
