I jumped in my 2003 chevy suburban only 15 minutes after ruuning an errand, now everything starts but the engine. AC, radio, windows, but the engine light flashes as I try to start it, but no start. A slight catch then nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you saying the engine cranks but won't start, or the engine won't crank ? If the engine does not crank, you would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch as well as the ground connections.
Thats pretty wild. The a/c and power windows are on different circuits. The only thing I can think of that everything would be connected to is the ignition switch.
I would have the transfer case checked, as well as the alternator, battery and gage relays. Definitely have the transfer case checked--and the u-joints.
Starting in 2003 the cabin air filter is no longer avail.as a factory option. The parts department will show a part number for it but there is no provision for the filter.Hope this helps and good luck.
