Fuel gauge voltage is controlled by the dash board, there is a board on the back of the dash that connects the rev counter the voltage is controlled by this board. you would need to change this board. but to do so you would need to open up the dash board display to get to the board or just replace the dash.
SOURCE: Stalling engine when lights are turned on/erratic idling
It sounds like you have a short somewhere in your electrical system going to your lights. I would check for and wires being accidentally cut or even perhaps melted through. If you have no luck there, you may end up having to take the vehicle to a shop that specializes in electrical troubleshooting. I'd lay odds on a short in the wiring going to the headlights, though. Hope this helps and have a great day!

SOURCE: 1995 Saab 900 Won't Take A Fill Up
Sorry if this gets posted twice. I have a 95 Saab 900, which I just acquired. I can get only about 4 or 5 gallons in at a time. The best analysis I found was this one where the man pinpoints a stuck valve in the gas tank, and tells of what he did to address it.: http://www.quasimotors.com/9_5_gas_fill_prob.htm
SOURCE: 96 Saab 900 Clutch Cable: Manual vs Self-Adjusting
just get the manually adjustable one. I just replaced mine today and I have a 96 900SE. the new clutch feels better and you only have to adjust it when the pedal has alot of "slack". that means that the pedal can be depressed about and inch before it starts operating the cable. anything more than an inch needs adjustment

Replace the fuel pump. First though make sure your are getting power to your fuel pump. You should have at minimum 12 volts DC. If you have volts then it would be a sending unit problem if no volts then the pump has gone bad and needs replaced
SOURCE: where is the fuse relay for fuel pump on saab 900
The relay will probably be where manual says, are you looking for a 1" square box? May be mounted (bolted, or screwed) to side or near steering column or could be just sitting there in a wire harness.
