Time to replace the valve cover gasket. it includes gaskets that seal around the spark plug tubes.

Fuel light on a 98 honda passport flashes

These Isuzu-built vehicles had many problems with fuel system components. Particularly the sending unit in the tank. Note: If the unit is replaced, the PCM must be updated to accept the new pump calibration before it will work.

98 passport had been parked for 3yrs and when i drove it all oil came from under vehicle someone mentioned a dry rotted seal : what and where

often times a set of eyes and hands on a car is better than all the oracles in the world. take it to a muffler or oil change shop, have them put it up on a lift, actually look at it, and they will know immediately where the oil is coming from. you could luck out and find it is a cross threaded oil filter
or drain plug and be happily on your way for less than 10 bucks..

Missing, running rough

head gaskets do not "dry out"
running rough indicates injector problems --stale fuel dirty injectors or sticking injectors
run the fault codes to determine fault area
oil around spark plugs indicates that the rocker cover seal under the plug tube is leaking into the plug area
