Fuel pressure regulator is located in the upper intake platinum as a part of the SCFI system. Your gong to have to remove the upper intake platinum to get to the SCFI and the fuel pressure regulator will be at the base on the front side.
Simple replacement, but just lots of things to remove to get to it. Take lots of picture to use as reference so you can put everything back together again without any issues.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck. #14 is the fuel pressure regulator on the SCFI.

1998 bravada not getting fuel to the throttle body, fuel pump is working fine. what else could it be?

If you have a throttle body, then you most likely have to injectors inside the throttle body. Check to make sure that they are funtioning correctly. You can check by using a voltometer and testing the injectors' lead wires for an electric signal, there should be one. Also, check to make sure your fuel filter is not completely stopped up, it happens. Also, sometimes the fuel pump can turn, but not put out enough pressure to start the car. There is also a fuel pressure regulator on many late model vehicles that can malfunction. I would check that as well.

1998 suzuki esteem 1.6 will not start HELP!

Having good fuel pressure is a plus (yours seems a bit high but I don't have specs) What you need to find out is if the injectors are opening and putting the fuel into the engine so it can work. Are the plugs wet with fuel or dry? Does it fire up if you spray carb cleaner into the throttle body while cranking?
