the dealership sould be able to get the code for you, you will need to have the numbers off the radio, unless the code was written on the radio by someone that had the problem before.
You may be out of luck on this. When the power is disconnected (like in replacing a battery or if the radio was removed or stolen from a car) then you have to enter a code to activate it. Call the dealer and ask if they can help you with the code and procedures. Your owner's manual should have the procedure listed in it but the code should have been in the papers that came with your car when it was new. Again the dealer is your best bet. They will need your vehicle VIN and maybe even the radio serial number. There are some web sites that offer to sell you radio codes but I have had good luck with the dealers giving me them free.
you will need the radios serial number to find out the code via the dealership,on the 94 diamante you will need to remove the center console to gain access to the screws that hold the radio bezel-good luck
Pull out cup holder, remove two screws holding in faceplate, then pop it off. Screws for radio are how visible, remove them and slide the radio out! If you leave it out for more than an hour, you will need 'code' to reset it. (antitheft)
You need to pull the radio out, get the serial # off of it and take it to the dealer. They can get you the unlock code for the radio unless someone has changed it.
in order to get the code for that car you are going to have to call the dealership. and give them the specs on your car and maybe even your vin number.
