Typical scenario of the horn pad needing to be replaced at the steering wheel, may have to search the wrecking yards for a replacement or take the pad off and try to discover what part of it is bad and try to repair what you have.
Some folks have added a button useing the same twop wires that control the horn pad, thus eliminating the need to find a replacement horn pad in the proper color etc. a hole drilled into the dash and the button installed makes it a lot easier and cheaper and yiou still have a horn.
Every once in a while the horn relay is the culprit but mostly it is the horn pad, be careful of the air bag deploying...disconnect the air bag fuse before doing any work on the electrical inside the car.

Where is the horn relay for a 1992 buick riviera

Hi, the horn relay is under the hood. On the Passenger side firewall there is a black cover with that should have "Fuses" written on it. Remove it and the horn relay will be one of the black square modules. It should tell you which one on the inside of the cover you removed.

Seats, Mirror's and horn do not work. A fuses are good, Cant find a relay. Any thoughts on what may cause this

open the drivers door; slide the rubber grommet containing the wiring to the door into the door; i wouldnt be surprized if you have multiple broken door wires; if so you should be able to get some 18-22 gauge crimp connectors to fix; had this problem on my 95 riv and it is a common prob on 95-96 rivs

95 buick lasabre horn problem

Ever find out what to do with this? I'm running into the same problem and see multiple refrences to it, but not much for follow up on what fixed it. I pulled the fuse for mine, but it kills the trunk release and automatic locks...so I'm not a big fan of that.

Only the low horn works, not the high

well there is a clock spring in the stearing wheel for the horn and one for the airbag. and the one for the horn might have broke. i have been told that it cost over a grand to fix. so this is why i still drive with out a horn lol
