Is there any way I can turn off the low fuel warning chime on my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee? The dealer wants $100 to do this.

This chime is also the same chime used for the doors. To remove this you will also be losing the ignition chime when the keys are in the ignition or when the doors open.
It can be removed simply by unplugging it. Just open the door with the keys in the ignition, look under the dash on the driver or passenger side. using you good hearing locate the chime and simply disconnect the plug from the back.

1995 jeep grand cherokee. When I turn the key on, the warning chime stays on, a solid tone. I took the chime box out, but the power locks do not work properly.

most likely a short in the ignition cylinder and it's housing, ( were the key goes). if you dont want a new cylinder and housing you may be able to disconnect the connector by the housing. you will have to remove the plastic cover from the steering column.

All warning lights on dash come on and all electrics stop working

The common problem with the dashes on the Jeep is contacts. Remove the cluster and try cleaning the electrical contacts with a Q-tip and alcohol replace cluster and try again.
