My 94 saturn 1.9 sohc jumped timing i just need to print out a diagram

Enter the vehicle info. then under system click on lighting , under subsystem click on exterior lighting . Click the search button , then on the blue link's one at a time !

You will need a torque angle gague to properly torque these bolts. The torque for a SOHC engine is 22lb in correct sequence on the first pass and 37lb in correct sequence on the second pass. You need then install a torque angle gague and in sequence go 90 degrees

Start by replacing the air filter and checking the operation of the fuel pressure regulator. Have the stored codes read out of your ECU, either by an auto parts store or a local mechanic, in order to ascertain a starting point for diagnosis.

Try the fuel pressure regulator. Pull the vacuum line and if it smells of gas, replace the regulator.

Check throttle body MAP sensor hose connected check for air leaks manifold area.

1996 Saturn SC1 1.9 liter SOHC VIN "8"

1996 Saturn SC2 1.9 liter DOHC VIN "7"

You should be able to inspect the tank to see if there is any damage around the place where the rubber seal on the cap fits. If there is, it will need to be replaced.

For the 1994 VW Golf:
I do not know if you have the 1.8L SOHC In-Line 4-Cylinder or the 2.0L SOHC In-Line 4-Cylinder; however I have included both below:

the diagram should be under the hood when you open it /it is a sticker under the hood tells you how the belt goes

"Just need to know how to aline...". What? The best advice that I can give you is to get the Haynes repair manual on your vehicle. Anything that will need aligning should be explained in that manual. Good Luck.
