I have a 2001 nissan sentra gxe 1.8L. It has a lean code 171. it is runing with a missfire and it has no power when pressing the acclrater.
it seems like MAF senser.
I have replace MAF no diffrence and I replace the fuel filter in side the tank, it was very durty but still no diffrance.
All of my O2 senser are reading lean so I am thinking it is feul problem but my fuel presser seems good 35psi and 45 psi with vacume off the fuel regulater.
now I am thinking it might be the PCM.........

Ok the fuel pressure is very good , and you replace maf sensor too,
i think 2 probable throubles, one , the catalyc converter clogged , to check remove exhaust pipe section before catalyc and run engine, its very loudness, other is tps fault, tps is throttle position sensor, located on acceleration body
