Reset the Radio on your 2001-2005 Honda Civic

ok , i found the window schematic.
there is no relay, well ,that you can unplug.

do you have 12vdc to the door motor,? are all dead.?all motors?
if all are dead the fuse #15 (10amps) is blown (top cause)
the schematic shows:
the fuse
5 switches to fail
then to the "power window control unit" PWCU
this controller runs all windows.
if the inputs are good to the controller and the motors are good and not jammed, then the controller is bad. PWCU

use a voltmeter at the motor that is dead.
then work back from there, to the controller,

part ID 15 here, shows the PWCU.

CHECK UNDER HOOD FUSE CENTER FOR A BLOWN 30-60 AMP MAXI-FUSE...MOST LIKELY LABELED "STARTER" OR "IGNITION"

Don't know if yours is one but some 95 Honda civic have a antitheft program. If the battery ever goes dead or voltage is removed from it, it will not work until a program code is given to bring the radio back to life. you might want to try searching 95 Honda civic radio code.

If your radio lost power for any reason (i.e. dead battery, blown fuse, etc.) you will need to enter the reset code. If you look in the glove box, you should find a small sticker in the back of the compartment door, usually near the left side. The sticker will have two sets of numbers. The number set with five digits is your reset code.

The exact problem happened to me...

Opposed to a blown fuse, most likely the drained/dead battery caused the radio to "reset" itself. You should have a 5 digit (or 4) code that was provided by the dealer or owner. Most owners write it down somewhere on their owners manual. If not, the dealer can give you the code. Once the code is entered, you back in business!
