There should be a bypass from the thermostat housing to the water pump, it prevents vapor lock

1992 ford ranger still running hot after replacing all hoses, thermostat, radiator, and water pump. what else could be the problem?

Do you have the right mix on the coolant you have in the engine? Could you have trapped air in the coolant system, did you have the heater system on when you were filling up with coolant. I assume you changed the radiator cap when you replaced radiator. I guess it could be caused by headgasket, are you loosing coolant, does oil look milky or oil in coolant. Belo link list a few things to look at but you have addressed most of them.

Where is the relay for brake light on 1992 ford ranger

There isn't a relay on a brake light, just a simple switch on the pedal or a pressure operated switch on the master cylinder. A relay is a device that use a small electrical signal to open and close contacts that carry a large current (amps)

Here are the fuse blocks and relays

Where are the fuel pumps on a 1982 ford f150

Well a 1982 model should have a carb, so there should be a mechanical fuel pump on the side of the block near the front.
Just follow the fuel line from the carb.
1985 was the first year for fuel injection on the 302 engine.

Looking for a little more power for f250 have 302 4x4 4 speed granny.wondering what it would take to install small block 351

not too much work, the motor mounts-bell housing and crankshaft (for the flywheel off the 302)all should be the same.if the 351 had an automatic transmission, then you will have to add a pilot bearing to the end of the crank (center of crank where flywheel bolts on)..Also it depends on which oil pan is on the new engine--to follow the curve of the frame but should be the same as a 302....302 and 351 windsor engines are the same block except the intake manifold.Just a reminder, truck engines have a better cam for more torque. If the truck is fuel injected you will also have to change the computer which would be located drivers side left upper kick panel. The exhaust manifolds may be different, check them out before starting the procedure.

Vacum leak 1992 ford ranger v6 4.0l teh leak is a small block that is located toward the rear of the engien on the drivers side it has 4 lines comeing off of it i can see that 1 of the lines goes to the...

If you don't see any line that should be attached to that port just plug it with a vacuum cap. The cap usually pops off when cranking the engine and the engine starts and stalls resulting in a backfire in the intake. If you don't have a vacuum cap, plug a piece of vacuum hose with a screw and put the other end of the hose to the open vacuum port.
