I have a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis. The problem is the passager and two back seat windows cannot be operated manually from their locations. They can be operated by the driver and they work fine. I have checked the fuses and all check good. At the passager door I do get 12 volts when the child switch is on but still can't operate the window manually. Is there anything else I can check? Or how can I find a schematic for this.

Make sure the main switch is not lock. If it's lock then unlock it. Otherwise other can't open unless the driver.
If It's unlock but still not work. Then possible the main switch is stuck at " Unlock" Position.

first you need to get a flash light go to your pass side look arond the black casing off your heater see if the bottom is wet try with heater on and off usaully when a core is given that much water out when you turn your heater on it will steam your window and you will smell antifreeze if theres any if none of things are present i would check the seal around your windshield around firewall area rain can get into areas that the factory seal might have dried and cracked open leaving you with a wet carpet and a puddle in the back floor pan as for the airbag light you need to have the light reset at a garage could be a stored code in computors memory you can try your self by taking the fuse that says ecm leave out for ten seconds start vehicle see if it reset second way take pos cable off your battery leave off 10 15 seconds reinstall start if light stays out great if not you will need to have reset with scanner like a snapon or rotunda

If simply pulling and releasing them doesn't work.(which i am sure you've already tried a hundred times!) you will have to replace them.Most scrap yards will have them available. and remember the same seat belts are used in a wide variety of models so you don't have to find them from the exact same car.

check the relay in the box under the hood and also make sure no one turned the button off to all the window controls on the driverside door panel

Go through your fuse box and check for any burned out fuses also they may take a relay which may also be out. You can pick up a HAYNES or other brand repair manual at any auto parts store. Auto Zone sells mainly Haynes books, they will guide you to your repair in a step by step repair. The books are kind of like "repairs for idiots" they are really detailed and easy to follow.

My Cougar is a 99, but the relay on it is between the window motor and the mirror. Held on by 2 screws. It should click when you press the window button. When you take the foam off the door you can see it.
