I was driving and the car stalled. I restarted it and resumed driving. after i shut it off it wouldnt restart . i replaced the ignition switch knowing this is a common problem. Still nothing , i can hear the relays clicking and the starter tested good. i dont think its the fuel pump as it would not keep the car from turning over. I hooked it up to a diagnostic computer and it didnt come back w/ any codes the check engine light does come on when the key is in the on position as it should. does any one have any ideas where the trouble may be because im sure baffled and frustrated.thanks in advance for everyone's ideas and help

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

Sounds like you need a starter, or you have a loose wire somewhere under the hood.

the relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood the relay will be a square black or gray cube just pull out and make sure you rerplace it with the same type relay. refer to your owners manual for any questions regarding the fuses and relays
