That is typically a sign that it has failed the self test & is most likely going to need to be removed & sent to be repaired or replace it.

Don't know the factory allotted time, but if you are doing it yourself-about 2 hours.
Drain, hoses, transmission cooler lines, fan assemblies, radiator.

Call around to Best Buy the install DVD players and offer all kinds of pricing

The only fix is replacement. I have a 2005 also and have had this happen in the past (while still under warranty) and it just happened to me on Sunday! IT SUCKS!!!

plug dvd rca out into the stereo rca inputs. radioshack sells a headphone jack that splits to rca for your ipod.

Check for a little black button either under the steering colum or under the dash

My grandcarvan sxt came with a remote for the DVD system and wireless headphones from KOSS. You have to press the headphone button on the remote to change it to headphones otherwise it comes through the main system. With the button pressed we can listen to cd or radio in front while they wear the headphones in back. You might need the remote to change it back to main system. The headphones from Koss are lifetime guaranty and not too expensive.

there is an inner panel and a fuse panel in the engine compartment check them both
or replace the system with a new one
its not very exspensive and crutchfield will give you everyy thing you need to install it including directions sheets and phone sopport as well every step of the way
i have a monster system i did my self and they are a great company to deal with
if they cant get your ride to rock again no one can !!!
