if the fan is running as soon as you tuirn the key on,thats the resistor, no heat will happen if the coolant is low and can't circulate ,you need to fill the radiator and over flow container and fix the leak.
It is underneath the van at the back. Open the rear hatch door and look for a little piece of carpet cut in a square on the right side. Lift that and there should be a bolt there that you can turn with the tire wrench. That will lower the tire.

as you know the front ones are rather easy to get to, but the rear bank is a bear..the best way is on a lift but you can get to them using a 3/8 rachet a 3inch extension and the plug socket.. take the air tube off the throttle body.. reach under the throttle body behind the engine you will feel the plug wires that way.. once you get the wires off the plugs are a pain but changable..
