Under the hood on the drivers side is a fuse panel. Remove the top and locate the IOD fuse. Remove the fuse and look to make sure it's not blown. If it's ok simply replace it and locks should return to normal.
If the fuse is blown you will need another 10 amp mini fuse to replace it.
I also have a 2005 caravan and had the same problem. In my case when i tried to unlock doors the only thing unlocking was the trunk! same when i locked it. I did try removing the IOD fuse and it did fix the problem, but only for a short time until the problem started again! 8/4/2010 iI took my van in to the dealership and the guy said it was a known problem with our van and said all he has to do is "FLASH THE BODY CONTROL MODULE" cost me $50. bucks!! and the problem is gone!
