4 bolts located in the rails that the seat runs back and fourth in when adjusting seat position. They are usualy spline drive bolts. turn ignition off first, If your car has a side airbag, should not have any problems unplugging things.
If it were me, I would tidy up the wires with the seat in place.

Hello! Unfortunately caster is not adjustable on this model. Specs are +8 degrees.

If the car is a manual shift,the filler / level plug (Allen key) is on the front of the gearbox. Simply remove and fill to this level. Box holds 2.5 litres of 75/ 80 grade oil. Do NOT use EP grade
