Serpintine belt pattern for bmw 745li - 2002 BMW 7 Series

The BMW’s have a safety feature that will not allow the car to start if there is an issue. I have a 07 x3 that did same thing. I had it towed and it was the serpentine belt. You may check that first.

White smoke usually means water is getting in the piston area. Could be head gasket gone.

I think you mean PDC. Parking distance control.
