Yes...if you car is a 6 cylinder..then there are 6 plugs...just find 6 identical wires that all murge on one device (ignition coil) follow the wires to the other end where they are connected to the spark plugs... just pull the wires loose..then unbolt the sparkplug.. bolt the new one in.. then reconnect the wires in the same spot( do 1 at a time so they dont get mixed up...

I have a 94 dodge carvan i change spark plugs and took off the intake cover and now it runs rough

  • With engine running listen for a whistle indicating a vacuum hose leak. It is easy for a vacuum hose to pull loose while removing replacing plugs.
  • Check for spark-plug leads . You can check at night and look for spark.
  • Remove and check each spark plug. The ceramic tops are easy to crack.
  • Check the spark gap, hitting or picking up residue on the tip is common.

Spark plugs

I own a 2004 jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V-8 It took me 3 1/2 hours to complete changing the spark plugs. First one must remove the cover from the air filter and to the carbuetor there are two bolts on each side of the cover over the engine then the driver side is easy to remove the boots on each plug the passenger side is pretty easy except for the last plug all the way on the back this one took me 1/2 to remove because there is lots of obstructions like the power steering line and the oil line and electrical cables.

They are on the heads, follow the plug wires.
