I have 99 should be the same.
There is a fuse box diagram in your owners manual (if one came with the car), or on every fuse box or relay box, if you remove the cover of the box and turn it upside down, there is a diagram on the bottom side. However, the bottom of the box will not tell what the fuses are for, but they will tell you what amperage fuses go in that slot. You may just be able to go to your local Ford dealer parts dep't. and request a diagram.
