Their is a solenoid on the passenger side fender. replace it and the engine will crank and start. they are about 15.00 at any of your local auto parts stores. its called a starter relay.

I installed a new alternator, batter, and starter in my 1997 Ford Expedition and my truck wont start unless you hit the starter. All the wires are good so what else is there to check?

Sounds like you still have a bad starter. You can get a bad one from the parts store. Go back and have them test it. Or could be cylinoid.

The battery light keeps coming on and off in my 98 Ford Expedition. I had the battery, alternator, and starter checked and they are fine. What else could this be?

The alternator is bad. Sometimes the check does not reveal a bad rectifier inside the alternator and when you have a heavy load it will start failing so the light comes on.

1998 Ford Expedition won't start. Clicking sound when key is turned. Replaced solenoid twice, did not solve the problem

have you checked the battery and alternator to make sure the battery is charged? and the alternator is charging? the clicking usually comes from a dead battery not being able to turn over the motor.

When i try and start my 2004 ford expedition it will not turn over. i still have a radio and light and clock. is it the starter or some thing else?

It could be the solinoid or relay to the starter also check connections to starter . Is there any sound (clicking) when you turn the key ? could also be in the ignition switch or transmission relay pick up a Haynes manual for that specific truck and it will show you how to check and the location of the relays
