Exhaust couldbe stopped up. remove the O/2 and run it for a minute with the leak and see if the power is back like it used to be. If it is change the stopped up part ( cat converter, Muffler or bent pipe) and drive on. When running with a bad O/2 the convetor can melt and cloggup ( happen all at once)
Be careful doing this block the EGR valve as has been reconmended by isray
as this pratice can make the check engine light come on and also overheat the exhaust on a long highway run or heavy load or even heavy stop and go traffic. The egr valve cools the combustion chamber temperture if you block it it'll make things get too hot. The oppasit is true if it's blocked because it's stopped up the exhaust can get too hot, melt the converter and then the melted converter, stops up the exhaust and the engine performance drops off or even stops running. The tuneup ideas and misfiring are good ideas too but the codes for the O/2 being bad also can strat from a stopped up converter. Also a bad O/2 senser can set the mixture wrong and the converter can melt too as previously decribed. Run the car with the exhaust opened some way, ( pipe disconnected, O/2 unscrewed, EGR removed and the vacume side pluged just long enough to see that it runs good. If it does run good you know exhaust restriction is the cause of your problem, Once fixed you need to address the rest of the problems like bad muffler, reined O/2 senser ( even if it's new), coolant temperture senser,( Not always but it should be checked) and the oil change ( the oil gets too hot and loses it's protectyive valve). and anthing else that is effected by too much heat or will cause too much heat like a dirty raditor ( inside and out) Therostate (too hot or too cold) To cold and the computer turns the fuel up to warm the motor up and it will and then reiun the O/2 senser and melt the exhaust system parts. Bad circle hugh!? Hope you find the problem , post a coment and I'll be glad to help yopu somemore. Is the motor a V6 or 4 cyclinder? Which O/2 senser did you change as theirs more than one or did you change all 4? or on the 4 cyclionder , Both? upstream and downstream?

This happened to me on my 2015 Suburban. I changed all my O2 Sensors and the car was worst than before i cahnged them and i was getting a bad Intake valve and fuel injector reading. I knew that this had to be a false reading because the day before i only got a bad O2 Sensor reading and all i had done since then is changed the O2 sensors. After changing the Sensors i had a mechanic reset my check engine light, but that was the problem. He only reset the check engine light and not the O2 sensor data. So about 3 miles after resetting the check engine light it came back on. the data from an O2 sensor is stored and it is the stored data that your vehicle reacts to not the new data. My Burban was treating my new sensors like my old causing all kind of problems. It eventually (after about 100 miles) would have solved itself but by then it may have caused more serious problems, my engine was misfiring. I simply unhooked my battery for a bit, then hooked it back up. the check engine light went off and it ran fine.
It is mis firing
POSSIBLE PROBLEMS COULD BE:
Have vehicle diagnosed with a scanner to check for electrical problems. Do it for free at local auto zone. Just b/c scanner says o2 sensor is bad doesn't mean it is. Other sensors can manipulate this making it look as if that is the problem.
With my 97'Chrysler Cirrus there were different problems that made it shake and stall out. Check the Idle Air Control, or possibly by-pass the EGR valve. To by-pass your EGR .You just need to slide a thin sheet of metal (tin snips will cut an easy strip from an aluminum can) between the tube and your intake manifold. This tube exits your manifold just below your throttle .

If you used an aftermarket O2 sensor, it may be the problem. 90% of the time, aftermarket O2 sensors dont have the strict specifications required for a specific vehicle due to them being made to fit a wide range of engines, and will reset the trouble codes because of this.
If all checks out, you may simply need new plugs and wires to ensure there is no misses or sputtering that those O2 sensors are picking up.
