I need a fuse diagram for my 2000 Ford F 250 4x4 diesel super duty.My running lights for my trailer will not work. I believe it is a fuse in my tow package.

The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.
check all trailer tow fuses in panel under hood.there is a fuse for trailer brake lights and a fuse for trailer signals.but if one signal is working it is probaly broken or corroded wires at the back of the trailer plug or corroded wires inside plug.
