Odds are that you have a wheel speed sensor that isn't reading correctly. Usually it's a front wheels speed sensor [but it can be any of them] that is sending an incorrect signal to the ABS control unit. This erroneous signal makes the ABS system think that one of the wheels is locked up and activates the ABS system as a result. You'll need to have someone hook up to the ABS system with as scan tool to determine exactly what is going on but my bet is on one of the sensors. This is a safety issue as it can increase your stopping distance so I would have it checked out as soon as possible. Hope this helps you find your problem!
