What would cause both side mirrors not to adjust when in reverse on a 2008 Acura MDX? both mirrors adjust just fine if you move them with the switch in the door but do not lower automatically when or on...

On the '04 MDX the mirror adjustment selection switch has to be in the middle position of L & R, for the mirror to re-adjust when the car is in reverse. I hope this helps.

Valve settings on a 1992 dodge dakota v6 engine

You should have hydraulic lifters, unless someone changed them along the way. Normally nobody puts solid lifters in a vehicle that is a driven on the street daily. That being said, the normal adjustment for hydraulic lifters is normally take all clearance out of rocker arm to lifter plus an extra 1/2 to 3/4 turn. I used to do this with the motor running, I would adjust it tighter till it quits rattling and then tighten an extra 1/2 turn. If the lifters are bad, however, the rattling will never go away. I hope this helps.

Is air flow the same. If not you could have a diverting valve that is not working correctly and allowing more of the warm air to mix with the cold on that side. Would think it is more likely a ventilation problem than an electronic.
