2005 Chrysler Town and Country will not start. Tried to start it this morning and it ran for 5 sec then cutoff, repeated that twice, ran 5 sec and cut off. Now it will do nothing. No clicking noise trying to start. Hear a quiet whine which I believe to be the fuel pump. A/C, interior lights, radio, door locks, and power windoes all work. Wipers and power doors and liftgate and instrument cluster do not work.
