I had the same problem. Have it checked at an checkers with one of their computers. I had a multi misfiring. I changed the ignition module on it. It runs great now.

you could have just been spraying the engine with coolant and got a spark plug wire wet or something. if you take your car to autozone they will do a free code read on it and that will tell you what is wrong. if it just says misfire then probably just a wet plug wire or something. but you can have them erase the code. then see if it comes back on. if it does then you likely have a problem.

Check for vacuum leaks. Spray some carb cleaner or WD40 around the intake manifold, trottle body and any vacuum lines. Check for loose connections on engine wiring harness (Maybe you disconnected a sensor, and forgot to re-attach it?).

these were bad for the spider injectors to fail. they are hard to diagnose with out the scan tool. the poppets in the end of the injectors get clogged and will need to be replaced. pull the plug and see if its oil fouled. they also have a problem with the #1 cyl getting out of round and oil fouling the plug. compare it to another plug in the engine. if its oil fouled the engine is no good.
