I have a 2003 Tiburon, as well, and half of my dash lights stopped working a couple years after I bought the car. I bought it in 2002. I took it in and they said it would be quite a bit to take the dash off and replace all the bulbs. I just left it alone. It sucks and I thought they all went out way too soon. Not sure what happened. If it could be something else, other than the bulbs, I'd like to know too!

There is a switch to dim or turn off the dash lights, make sure it is not turned off, also check the fuse.

Under hood main fuse

Some of those fuses get their power from the ignition switch. Check to see if there are any blown fuses in the fuse box inside the left kick panel on the dash. You likely have a bad ignition switch.

My parking lights and hazard lights do not turn off

i had the same problem, well my right turb signal stayed on all the time and i had to pull the fuse. the BCM under your dash is bad. the BCM is where all your fuses are plugged into. you can find one online for about $700ish. go to hyundaihouseofpower.com or newtiburon.com and they might help you. 03 tiburons have bad luck when it comes to the BCM. change it out and your problems will be solved.also look on ebay.
