Heres the deal. check if the vehicle has side airbags usually noted on the side of the seats with the word air bag.. if there are no side air bags in the car than someone has put the wrong module in the vehicle. If it has side air bags go under the seats and check all electrical connectors to see if wires are broken or anything is unplugged. sometimes they unplug themselves from moving the seats or putting things under the seats.
