Did you check the Vacuum lines to the Secondary air Valve Controls. They may be rotten. Can you do a Smoke test. Replace dry rotted lines with either 3/16 Fuel or Power Steering Hoses if you do not get ORM Vacuum lines/hoses. change coolant jug also check thermostat as well as radiator for leaks ,,,check coolant levels and fan motors inside and under hood

You will find a 1/2 inch or so pipe plug on one or the other side of the box. It will be near the top. Remove it and fill till it over flows. Takes a special pump to fill or a squeeze bottle with a flexible hose. The oil is 80 or 120 weight. It can be done but it is much easier to have your mechanic check and fill as may be necessary. Normally, unless the box is leaking, all you have to do is check it.

If you mean the engine coolant fan, then yes most fans will run until the engine cools down to a specific temp.

The power steering pump is piggie backed to the vacuum pump. The seal in the back of the vacuum pump has engin oil under presure behind it cousing a leak that gets worse over time. Cummins make a seal kit to fix this leak.

yes its got a gasket so mi gather you think its leaking?
you can spray soapy water on the [cold] engine to see if & where its bubbling which indictes a leak!
