You can doublecheck this at any library's computer because they have a nationwide license for the sw for all cars and makes and models. But offhand, they are usually down past the exhaust manifold. Some under the car. Some can have two for dualexhaust which could be yours. If it's never been replaced before now is a good time. They used to say replace them every 79k, IIRC.

CODE P1130 ON TOYOTA CAMRY V6 YEAR 1999

Sounds like there is an issue with the heater on the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. Bank one is the same side of the engine as the number one cylinder and sensor one is always before the catalytic converter. Check for battery voltage on the black with yellow wire with the key on. There should be twelve volts. Check the heater circuit of the O2 sensor with an ohm meter. Unplug the O2 sensor connector and measure resistance on the sensor side of the connector that the blue with black and black with yellow wire go to. Off the top of my head it should be around 14 ohms. You can confirm this by checking the heater circuit on the bank 2 O2 sensor. If there is voltage and the heater circuit doesn't ohm out than replace the O2 sensor. Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

sensor 1 is the first 02 sensor in the exhaust.bank 2 is the side of the motor that cylinder #1 is NOT on,in this case bank 2 would be on the passenger side(right side) of the motor.which means the first 02 sensor in the exhaust on the passenger side of the motor
