It's probably inside the frame just ahead of the rear axleon the passenger side. You should be able to follow the fuel line from the gas tank and run into it.
If the leak was repaired then no, remember car was sitting so in order for it to leak it would have had to br running, also check all fluids and add fresh gas, may have to drain old gas,i would try to start it first before taking carb apart you may get lucky never know,worst case then take it apart if it doesnt run or start good,well good luck.
