1998 plymouth breeze wont start {sometimes} cranks fine, use to start after sitting for 15 minutes. now sometimes hours or days, changed computer , coil, fuel pump, plugs, wires, filter, and crankshaft sensor sounds like it wants to start with start fluid so i dont think its spark. runs fine after it starts

Do you know anything diagnostic's ? Using a more advanced scan tool to look at sensor data ? How to test automotive electrical testing ? Not just replacing part's . Learning how to diagnose , using tool's to test fuel pump pressure , pulling a spark plug to check for spark . Sounds like you should have a qualified repair shop diagnose the problem ,if you haven't all ready .

Testing ,not guessing is the way to a fix.

SOURCE: 1998 plymouth breeze won't start

I guess my problem was the new crank sensor has failed.
Replace crank sensor again , it has fixed the problem.
Not too sure if this was any help or not.

Have you checked the timing belt? If it failed then you wont get the pulse from the cam sensor and no spark. Good luck

SOURCE: 1998 plymouth breeze is hard to steer. The power

I would expect teither the power steering pump or the steering rack has failed. The good fluid in the unit is just not being put to use.
I hope this may have helped,
Tom

Yes, I had this on my 97 Stratus....could be a couple of things....one, the there may be damage to the wire connector harness going to that sensor. That was the problem with mine. I replaced the cam sensor, crank sensor, coil pack, mas sensor..etc...it ended up being a burnt spot on the wire harness. They said this is a common problem for the stratus/breeze/cirrus/intrepid.....the most it could be is a bad ECM....there is a bad pin on it located half way down the side where the big connector is. It is the silver block with the big wire harness going to it in the engine compartment. Try wiggling that around...the harness area.

Starts rough then when shut off take time to start again and if i show down she start to stall

You have to look at vehicle data & do some testing.

You can't ask someone what anything is, on any product,
a guess isn't how things are figured out.

You could have a worn out fuel pump or a long over due
timing belt issue

1998 plymouth breeze

This could be many issues, a broken timing belt, fuel delivery, ignition or computer/sensor failure. This should be diagnosed by a qualified technician if you do not know how to check these systems. Does it sound normal when it cranks, or does it sound uneven or very fast? Can you smell fuel. More details could help narrow it down.

2002 impala intermitenly wont start

I would clean the battery connecters or possibly change them. How old is the battery? sometimes when battery get old, they have enough juice to crank the motor but not enough to start it..But then again, if it doesn't crank at all sometimes, it could certainly be a bad or loose battery terminals..Start with this since its the simplest and easiest and could very well be your problem. hope this helps

Electrical Problem?Runs great then shuts down, let it sit runs fin

Sounds like the ECM is bad. This is a common problem, when the ECM gets hot there is a solder joint that seperates, it makes contact again once it cools down

1998 plymouth Breeze

that is possible I have had cars do that before. although fixing it will not be easy because of the setup. You need to get the front cover off and check the timing marks to see if the cams are in time with the crank if one cam is off you can lose one or more cylinders...

Will not start

Open the air filter container. Spray some starting fluid in and see if it starts. If it starts, it is the fuel filter or fuel pump or both.
