First does it crank, if it does then check to see if the fuel injectors are getting fuel.....could be a fuel pump...
second....if there is nothing when you turn the key and the battery is good and the starter was replaced...it could be a bad ground.....thats the ground coming off your battery and goes to your chassis of the car.........let me know how you make out.
The water pump is timing belt driven .so wil need to remove the engine mount,the timing belt cover and the crankshaft pulley (harmonic balancer). Then you will loosen the tensioner . Now u can remove the belt . Might need to remove the alternator and it's bracket so that the water pump will come out.
2005 Dodge Stratus, don't have one, the only way to drain radiator, is to remove lower radiator coolant hose, I know just did a timing belt and water pump on one, getting ready to go home, hope this was very helpful.
Dear Stratus, In order to remove the crankshaft pulley you need to buy the applications specific crankshaft pulley puller kit from a snap on or matco or mac tool truck.These kits are not found at autozone or checker schucks kragen.After that the removal is a cinch, any more questions get back to me, HOPE I COULD HELP!!!
