The ticking/buzzing noise is a common problem on the RX330. There is a plastic pin that is attached to the instument panel which inserts into a plastic housing on the firewall. This holds it in place to the firewall. It is a design problem that model year. In the 2006-models on have a piece of felt covering the plastic pin to reduce the vibration noise. The same noise can occur on the passenger side behind the glove box. You can try to access the white pin and stuff some felt/cloth, but it is difficult with out dissassembling the dash or glovebox.

Thanks! I have been having the same problem. It begins louder and more frequent, but reduces after awhile. Dealer service adviser quoted $1500 to fix it. I said , "no thank you. I will live with it. And will probably hesitant to buy another Lexus anytime soon, when it is a known design flaw they do not offer to fix it at free or more reasonable price.

My 2004 lexus rx330 makes beeping noise when i turn thr wheel, whats causing the beeping?

Without knowing exactly what the beeping noise is, if it is an electronic beep it could be a signal that your power steering fluid is low. When pressure (the steering wheel turning), is put on the system, if it is clogged or has low fluid it will strain the system and you get more of a squeal but Lexus could have a beeping to notify you The fluid is low. If you check the fluid and it is at the right level than your system needs a flush. It's about $80 at Jiffy Lube

Slight vibration feeling

is it a buzzing type sound? That can happen both the driver and passengerside. there is a white clip that locks the dash to the firewall. you need to get at it as stick a piece of felt to stop the vibration. but it is very tough to reach..
