You can research "Villager fuse box diagram" online and get the photos, the washers are on the same fuses as the wipers, number 8 for the front and 9 for the rear.

you have a problem with the window regulator. the motor is no longer engaed with the regulator, which physically moves the glass. get a manual and give it a try yourself, but i would recommend having a pro do this.

I have this shop manual for $20 plus $5 postage if interested.

the switch may not be completely broken,the contacts in the switch make contact sometimes & sometimes the don't,this could be the problem......hope this helps......cheers

no switch in van. Spray with penetratingoil & see if it loosens up.

Fixed back glass or does glass open? Handle on back glass?

Auto Parts store or look for the manual online. If you don't want to spend the money, visit the Reference Section in the local library.

You may need a new compressor.

PERHAPS IT IS JUST A BAD RELAY THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HAVE YOU TRIED TO SWAP IT WITH ANOTHER ONE IN THE FUSE BOX? THIS MAYBE THE ONLY TROUBLE. does it start in neutral and park? if yes, linkage should be ok. The trans has it's own computer. you can buy used for about $50 from EBay or car-part.com
