Bracket racing is trying to run the same time, time after time. Running agaist some one faster or slower. So say you run 10.90 they run 9.90 you need to start 1 full second ahead of him and not try to hurry when you see him catching up. You need to dial in your start time when he stages. which in a case like this you just punch and go on the .4 or .5 sec. if you running against some one slower than you you dial in then difference in time if your running 9.90's they running 11.90's you dial in 2 second of delay on his stage or who ever hits the lights last. Keep the same delay or jump the light. Always dial in a bit less than your fastest time, that way you never break out.

2000 Chrysler Neon interior lights wont turn on.

Time delay relay is the relay that allows the interior dome light to remain on for a brief time when you enter or leave the car.Usually the lights will remain on for a few minutes and then dim down and finally off.

It sounds like the daytime running lights were put on that circuit and the relay removed to keep them on constantly.
This sounds like a time and material repair that a shop will have to do. Tracing the wiring installed by the previous owner may be required to find out what was done.

Have to turn the ignition on and off several times to get the fuel pump working

Your Jeep ecu is in need of repair. Your jeep is having a common problem known as the "Delayed check engine light" starting problem. Next time you try starting the jeep and it the fuel pump won't prime, look at the dash.....the check engine light is not on and the fuel pump will not come on until the check engine light eventually come on, on the dash. Have it repaired and it will eliminate the delayed check engine light start problem.

I'm getting codes po134 and po130 and knock sensor no continuity ,the wiring is good leading to the pcm and 02 sensor is brand new,and it has continuity. the last resort would have to be having the...

Too often sensors are replaced when in fact they are doing what they are suppose to do, report back to the PCM. A good diagnostic scan can capture what is going on in real time and help determine what steps need to be taken to correct the problem.
Here is a brief example of how 02 sensors work.

The powertrain control module (PCM) supplies a bias voltage of about 450 mV between the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) high signal circuit and the HO2S low reference circuit. When measured with a 10 mega ohm digital voltmeter, this may display as low as 350 mV. The oxygen sensor signal varies from about 800 mV when the exhaust is rich, to about 50 mV when the exhaust is lean.If the HO2S 1 voltage remains at or near the 450 mV bias for an extended period of time, DTC P0134 is set. If the signal amplitude of HO2S bank 1 sensor exceeds the no activity (P0134) thresholds but will not allow closed loop operation, DTC P0130 will set.
If the HO2S 1 voltage remains excessively low for an extended time, DTC P0131 will set.
If the HO2S 1 voltage remains excessively high for an extended period of time, DTC P0132 will set.
During the monitoring period, the PCM counts the number of times that a rich-to-lean and lean-to-rich response is indicated and adds the amount of time necessary to complete all transitions. With this information, an average time for each transition can be determined. If the average response time is too slow, a DTC P0133 will be set.
If the HO2S 1 voltage remains at or near the 450 mV bias for an extended period of time, DTC P0134 is's possible all you need is a reflash of your OBD.

When I turn off my car its a 2004 crown victoria the headlights stay on for a long time how do I need to set the switch so that they won't stay on for a long time?

It sounds like the delay needs to be reset...You should have a set and reset button on dash...Mash the set button...look at the gauges and there should be a LED message window where the odometer is scroll with the arrows until you see headlight delay reset appear I think the maximum is maybe 3 or 5 minutes.....The best thing to do is check owners manual it will tell you exactly what I am trying to describe...THE HEADLIGHT SWITCH SHOULD HAVE A SELECTOR MODE TO SHUT THE DELAY OFF COMPLETELY.

95 jeep laredo distribution box keeps clicking then jeep . doesnt start till check engine light comes on

Your jeep ecu needs to be repaired. You have what is known as the 'No Check Engine Light" no start problem. Have the ecu either repaired (a lot cheaper) or replaced. That will eliminate the delayed check engine light and wait time to start.

2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab 1500 4x4 needs AC Improvment Can I upgrade the AC Compressor to get better preformance

Compressor change should have no effect, presuming it is working correctly. Have a qualified shop diagnose the system, there are tons of items involved, pressures, tempratures, heating system, etc. Remember that you are heating OUTSIDE air unless you are using recirculation setting...Hard to lower outside air to cool during the short time that the air is in the evaporator coils.

Check your mega fuse. Hope you didn't try and jump it off the fuse box terminal next to the battery. Some people do this, will blow the mega fuse every time. Mega fuse is located in front of fuse box, held in by 2 bolts. Cheap fix if this is it.

You definitely gotta have the dealer ship redo the wiring for the navigational system. Although the wires didn't short anything out, but the two similar wires may have been crossed during the installation. Aftermarket or not, the unit should have made no difference unless it is a defective unit.
