Call auto zone and see if they have the complete hub assembly for your car! I have a 2000 malibu, and I replaced my hub and bearing a few months ago. then you will not need to press bearing in, if you can buy the whole assembly it will be much easier on the wallet. I think mine was about 60.00 at auto zone. thats for hub and bearing already in hub.heres how I did it.remove the axle nut while its on the ground, its much easier, jack up car and remove wheel. remove the brake caliper bolts and remove caliper, the caliper mounting bracket too. do not let caliper hang by the rubber hose, just hang it on the coil spring with a bungee strap. remove the rotor, 3 bolts hold hub and bearing on, if hub assembly is stuck just tap it with a hammer to knock it loose. put on new hub tighten to specifications. if you need more info, you can go to any auto parts store and buy a haynes manual for your car. this book is based on a complete teardown of vehicle. for about 25.00. it will show and tell you how to do the job. good-day !
If you are talking about the front wheel bearings they are pressed in and you need a floor press to press them out and new one's back in
if you only have one bad and making noise just do that one for now and do the other one when you save more money up.
