most vehicles have a crank timing mark which sit on the crank pulley, its the big pulley at the bottom of the motor
the cam pulley should also have a mark on the pulley if its belt driven that should line up with a notch on the head or tappet cover
if its chain driven you will need to remove the tappet cover and your cam sprockets will have marks on them that must line up facing each other or facing level with the sides of the head
Probably pretty expensive considering all the parts that have to be removed to do the job. You really should not need to replace the timing chain unless you have a problem with it. I am assuming this car has a ka24 engine and to replace the timing chain the valve cover timing covers and oil pan need to be removed. If you have never replaced your spark plugs its probably time to do so. check the belts and filters and you should be good.
