Yes, this vehicle has an accumulator and no, it is not located on vehicle interior. It is located at the condenser coil.
Who recharged the R134a? Did you do this with some store-bought system? Was the system tested first to determine that refrigerant was out of range?
When you state the compressor is running; is it actually cycling on and off, or is the clutch just turning? Visually confirm this by observing the compressor.
Unless you really understand automotive AC systems, then you should leave this to the pros because it is real easy to make a simple mistake resulting in hundreds of dollars.
Now - when you say it isn't getting cold. IF and I mean IF the compressor is fully engaged (center of compressor turning), but you don't notice cool air inside, then check your blend door controls and actuators. It could be as simple as a stuck blend door or actuator is broken.
Check these things out, then report back for assistance.
The accumulator is at one end of the condenser in front of the radiator
to check the compressor have the pressure gauges fitted to read the pressures when running

50psi on the low side is a little high. Sounds like the system is overcharged by about 10-15psi. Overcharging a system will cause a lack of performance just as much as undercharging with one exception, overcharging can damage the compressor. The compressor will engage with as little as 20psi although there's no 1 benchmark for all engines, 40-45psi is considered a full charge. Hope this answers your question.

Does it have crimp marks on the tube about 3 inches from the fitting? If so,that's where the orifice tube is.Most of the time, you simply disconnect the fitting, pull out the orifice tube & install a new one.Tip:if it has a lot of black junk on it,flush the system or you will end up having the same problem again very soon.Good luck,
