The window reset procedure is as follows:
Remove the door panel, disconect the glass from the regulator (then slide it up and tape it out of your way), remove the regulator (& motor) from the door, remove the motor from the regulator (so you are left with just the motor), plug the motor back into the wiring harness and using the window switch rotate the motor "up" for 6 full rotations or about 4 seconds. re assemble every thing, motor back on the regulator, regulator back in the door, window back onto regulator. (HINT: when installing the motor onto the regulator set the regulator in the middle so when it is in the door you can access the two bolts to reattach the window). Once it is reassembled, LEAVE THE DOOR PANEL OFF. Without using the express up, raise the window all the way up, then without using the express down, lower the window all the way down.
Your window should now be reset. test the express down and up.
Reattach the door panel.
Sometimes you have to repeat the above steps a couple of times to get it to reset.
good luck, HTH
