You Have one fuse for the wipers in the car. Left side of steering wheel and the back cover should list the fuses and location. The other box is located in the engine compartment above the battery. They should list the fuse locations under the compartment covering the fuses. Hope that helps

The wiper and defrost heater will not operate unless the rear window is raised completely all the way up. I had same problem of no rear wiper or defroster. Rear tailgate window was creeping down just enough so I would have to raise again for them to work. Eventually got worse and window would go all the way down on its own while parked with nobody in it.

It was the key switch in the rear tailgate. You need to remove the upholstered panel and then the steel panel and with the window all the way up you can unplug the key switch harness connector to remove it from the circuit. I left mine unplugged and window now works fine with just the front panel switch and wiper and defroster work.

Hope this helps

The rear window won't open or close. the rear wiper dosen't work either. Both stopped at the same time. I can't find a blown fuse. Im not sure where to look next.

If the wiper motor when bad, and stop in any position ,other than its resting position, the rear body ecu disable the window motor, Do this test remove the rear panel and at the same time that the wiper switch is On ,tap the motor with the hammer gently if it gets activated the problem is the motor.

2006 Toyota 4Runner - real window, wiper and

Double check the fuses under the hood.
If there is no problems there, you have to open the hatch trim by popping off the clips. Look for the connectors enure they are non corroded or loose.

Rear window wiper and rear window switch do not work for my 2003 toyota 4runner

You might just need to replace your fuse, they are typically located underneath your dash on the drivers side! Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Toyota 4runner gate window, wiper, and keyless entry not working

make sure the back window is all the way up then try the wiper, if it still does not work then it is a sensor for the rear window (about $30.00) if you installed it yourself

2003 Envoy Both the rear windshield wiper and defogger quit

Have you checked the wire harness that goes between the hatch and the body? The constant opening and closing weakens the wires. Could also be the ground wire, I believe is inside the hatch. It could have come undone. If you have an owners manual, it should guide you to the defogger fuse. Hope this helps. Best wishes.
