First remove the driver's side fog lamp plastic cover out from front bumper. After that you will find torx socket head panel screws from fog lamp. See picture below:

The right ''driving'' lamp burned out. How do I replace it?

LOOK INSIDE THE ENGINE BAY BEHIND THE HEADLIGHT, THERE IS MOST PROBABLY A RUBBER COVER WITH THE LIGHT WIRES GOING INTO IT, THERE WILL BE A PLASTIC PLUG WHICH THOSE WIRES CONNECT TO AND THE PLUG THEN IS CONNECTED TO THE HALOGEN LIGHT BULB.
REMOVE THE PLUG AND THE RUBBER COVER WHICH WILL EXPOSE THE REAR OF THE LIGHT, YOU MAY NOTICE THE 3 PRONGS AT THE REAR OF THE HALOGEN BULB, THERE ARE 2 SPRING TYPE WIRES THAT YOU HAVE TO PRESS DOWN AND PULL TOWARDS THE CENTRE TO ALLOW IT TO BE REMOVED, ONCE THEY ARE LOOSENED YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO REMOVE THE BULB AND REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE BUT DO NOT TOUCH THE NEW BULB WITH YOUR FINGERS AS THE BULB MAY BLOW WHEN YOU TURN THE LIGHTS ON
CHECK THE WATTS ON THE SIDE OF THE OLD BULB AND MAKE SURE THE NEW BULB HAS THE SAME WATTS
REPLACE IN REVERSE ORDER TO REMOVAL

AUDI A4

It's likely similar to my 99. Pull back the carpeting in the trunk behind the light, and you'll see a plastic tray mounted vertically with a harness plugged into it. That's the "bulb tree" as it's called. Pop that out, remove the blown bulb, install a new one, and then snap the tree back in place, and you should be good to go.
