Make sure you have the lines attached correctly on the sending unit and make sure there no small holes in the line. The pump pulls fuel and will draw in air. To make sure the pump is good, attach the tank side to a container of fuel and see if the engine starts. (keep the container below the pump or it can start a siphon and appear to be OK when it's not)
If the repair to the sender involved soldering up a line leak, make sure the line is not still leaking and that the line has not filled with solder.
It's a really simple system...there are no "trick" items there. If everything is intact and the pump is good, it has to work!!!
Replace the fuel pump relay in the fuse box located in the engine bay. Please rate me on this answer.
