The small storage compartment in the back of my 2007 2-door jeep wrangler Rubicon is wet, soaked with water. Where is it coming from?

Water inside a jeep? Welcome to the club.
The fact that it is down near the Jack storage makes me think one of the drain plugs worked it's way loose.
Next check your soft top is closed properly and all of the plastic fins are wrapped tight into the steel body. Getting the rear soft window panels hung, start the zipper but not all the way, wrap the fins into the body, the wrap the fins into the door-frames, then finish the zippers and Velcro.
Any other method results in plastic side windows acting like a funnel instead of an umbrella over your jeep.
If it's a hard-top check you gaskets are intact and seated properly. I have both tops and the hardtop leaks worse.
Damp-rid, or hang an incandescent work light inside the jeep overnight, should dry it out.
After about 10-15 days of wet carpet you will smell the 'funk' starting to grow.
Good luck, and have fun out there.

If your Jeep has a soft top -

I have a 2007 Unlimited and has the same problem. My Jeep is a soft top and the water came from the rain and a poor seal of the back window. Part of the problem came from the displacement of the plastic "c" shaped "rear window bar holder" that clips on to the rear on either side of rear window. Ocasionally the clip pops out of place and breaks the seal between the rubber on the window and the rear sides of the Jeep.

Jeep brakes broken

Many Wrangler JK's have lift, but few people extend their brake lines. This is particularly important for Rubicon models. The Rubicons are capable of insane wheel travel, by stretching the wheel travel further (lifted?) you could exceed the length of the feeble factory brake lines. Crown manufactures brake line extensions for Wranglers, specifically for lifts.

2007 jeep rubicon using 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles

If it is not visibly leaking oil - the exhaust should be smoking. If the smoke comes out when you lift off your foot and when you start frost thing in the day, it could be valve stem seals leaking. If it smokes while you drive normally your rings need replacing.

I can't remove the jack from my 2009 wrangler - it wont come out of the storage compartment!

First off, I would hope that in the 3 months since you had posted the problem, that you have since figured it out or had someone show you. If not, do you have your owner's manual? After loosening the lock, it's just a matter of a good pull or maybe the lever action of a long scew driver to pop it loose. Kind of frustrating when you're on the side of the road in the rain trying to change your tire though... Good Luck!

Water leak to floorboard on drivers side. Carpet wet all the time with standing water. My Jeep is a 2007 Wrangler/rubicon

It it happens when it is raining. This seems to be a common problem with Vehicles.

There is a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.

You may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.

You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .

07 wrangler is leaking water from the top of the doors

Stay on the Dealership and make them fix it. Persistance is key.
I had teh dealership service manager run a garden hose across my roof for 15 minutes before I would accept it back.
Don't let them use teh pressure washer hose, it bounces teh water off the top. You want a full soak situation like a real thunderstorm.
If they can't fix it, go to the next town and have them work on it. Performance does vary.

Can't remove the jack to change a tire!

Hi, I'm not familiar with the Wrangler storage of the jack, but I have experienced difficulty with removing jacks from a confined space to use them. Usually it's just a matter of inserting something into the raise/lower slot (that you turn to raise or lower the jack) and turning it in the 'lower' direction to compress the jack, and it will then come right out of the tight storage space. If this isn't the problem (or if this works) let me know. Good luck! Curt

Engine shuts off for a few seconds and restarts all idiot lights come on

You may want to check with factory recalls. There was a letter sent to 2007 owners about a computer upgrade to solve loss of sudden power along with some ABS issues.
