2013 honda fury fuel relay fuse keeps blowing put new one n an turn key on it blows ????? Why?

the relay is only a current buffering device, ( a poor mans transistor i call it)
if the pump or it's wires are shorted, the relay can melt.
the first test is pump voltage
if the volts is like 6v (low) cranking we pump check current.
5 amps is typical for these small cars.
15 amps is bad.
if confused get a automotive electrics/electronics tech to fix it.
He has a nice meter to find this fast.
here is one.

the best tool is the AMP CLAMP (DC amperes)
i put it on the line and check pump current.
the pump is fuel cooled and fuel lubricated, never run the tank dry.
nor run the car (pump) with filter clogged, it overloads the pump.

How do I put inline fuel pump in silverado 2500

What's the fuel pressure ? Hook up a fuel pressure gauge an test it yourself . fuel regulator ??? It's a fuel pressure regulator . I was starting rough and I had a diagnostic done. "They" said it was the fuel regulator.
Hard starting - not starting rough . What year is the truck , what engine does it have . If they don't know for sure what's wrong you better try another repair shop that know's how to diagnose .
Electrical problems can lead one to believe the fuel pump is bad . Doing voltage drop testing on the electrical circuit is a very good test.
Testing Electric Fuel Pump Problems with Voltage Drop Test
Plus doing current testing can pin point a bad fuel pump .

Hat does a fuel pump relay do

Relays work buy using a small electrical current, to close the contacts for a larger current.
So the wires that control turning the fuel pump on are a lot smaller than the wires and current that the pump actually uses.

The engine turns over fast enough to start but will not start when i turn the key i dont hear the fuel pump at all i checked all the fuses they all seem to be fine is it possible my fuel pump has gone bad

It's possible. You will have to test the pump(at the fuel tank electrical connection) to see if it's getting current when the ignition is turned on. If it's getting current, the pump is most likely bad.

most common is the fuel pump kill relay under dash on left side I believe. I think its under the coin tray. This was a common fail item. local honda dealer or possibly parts store will have it.

Electrical current problem with the fuel pump

Then you have a ground problem. that is the only thing that will keep current from traveling through the pump is that it is not grounded.
