Where is the evaporator drain tube on my 1998 express van

dreain is located under the hood in engine compartment on firewall area on passenger side of vehicle, look for a rubber looking hose down low on the firewall, normally you can remove hose and clean drain by blowing air in tube or sometimes crrap collects in the rubber tube, tube should pull right off, i have sneeped off end of the rubber tube so it has a bigger hole to drain and not plug up again

under the hood on passenger side of firewall, down low where fire wall curves back, will have a rubber tube attached

Passenger side under the van at the base of the engine bulkhead.

should be right behind the right front tire under the van should come through the floor pan there.

have the AC evaporator (found under the dash) inspected. It may need cleaning or the drains may have fallen out of place.

If you are having problems with the water in the passenger side of van during the dry weather days then it's the drain pan on the evaporator housing. It is located in behind the blower motor. The drain tube for the evaporator is on the passanger side of van next to the fire wall (black tube ) hanging downword. Use a tie strap to insert into the tube to clean it out. Hope this will help you.

CHECK BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH FUSE. IF IT LOOKS GOOD. YOU HAVE A FAULTY BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH.

Richard you have to check if your car uses to filter the air-conditioning closed the lid of the engine and where the breeze is a clean-clean grill before you turn off your air off the compressor and that was only working to remove the blower evaporator at all moisture-check that you have good drainage evaporator vote you all that water.
