I changed plugs in my 2000 Windstar 3,8 one at a time so that I wouldn/t get wires crossed. When I start the engine it runs very ruff. What happened
Here is the firing order diagram for that vehicle, and if the ignition wires are not crossed then one of the spark plugs might have been damaged while installing it and the spark plug gap closed on one of the spark plugs, or one of the ignition wires (spark plug wires) has been damaged, and if those wires are over 5 years old then you should replace them.
