Abs light on .no heater..no power to the windows

Bad fuse box or power center. The reason you have difficulty steering is power steering pump is not coming on. The abs and air bag light are on because of a fault in system. Windows don't work because of no power going to system with all this happened at one time a bad fuse box is most likely the cause

sounds like you have a blown fuse, check all of your fuses and replace any that are blown.

Check you fuse box. Make sure the fuses are all good. Some times there are relays in the engine compartment that need to be checked.

Each component is on a different circuit.
The hot wire for the blower is dark green coming from a fuseable link, and the hot for the power windows is dark green and red coming from a circuit breaker. The radio is another circuit and the warning lights are on the gauges circuit.

if they all stopped at once look at the larger fuses under the hood then the ignition switch

None of these things are related there all separate issues.
The window problem is in the door control master switch . the abs could be a wheel speed sensor vary likely and the blower motor could be an accuator or a bad vacuum switch or a bad connection at the blower motor or the resistors .

sounds like you have a faulty ignition switch..have seen this before

Sorry yadayada ! BCM has nothing to do with these systems . Could possibly be a ground issue or they share a power supply ! Red brake light an ABS light lit on the instrument cluster , these are probably related ! Have check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . Brake lights an HVAC blower motor have different grounds . After looking at a wiring diagram and seeing where B+ voltage comes from the ignition switch . The brake light an ABS light come on when the EBCM - electronic brake control module looses B+ voltage . I 'm just taking a guess here but it could be an igition swith problem . Take it an have it checked , Test don't guess !
